Enneagram for Teams, Made Practical (and Fun!!) 

The Enneagram is the only personality typing system that looks beyond behavior. We could all do the same action, but the reason behind it is different. That “why” is the heart of the Enneagram, and what makes it so effective for communication, leadership, and team dynamics, not just self-awareness.

Think less lecture, more convo. Your team will learn, talk, laugh, reflect, and use guided group discussion to explore the Enneagram in the workplace. I incorporate short teaching segments, funny videos, breakout groups, and real-world scenarios drawn from the situations your team is already navigating. Your people won’t just sit back and listen to me talk about the Enneagram. They’ll have opportunities to reflect on their own patterns, hear how their colleagues see things differently, and experiment with new ways of communicating and working together.

It depends on your needs! My most popular offering is a 3 hour in-person Enneagram Workshop, but I also offer full-day sessions with breakout groups and more activies. Other teams have chosen to do a quick and fun 1-hour presentation. We’ll choose the format based on your goals, team attention span, and how deep you want to go. There’s no “one size fits all” here.

I’ve delivered these trainings across a wide range of industries, from burned-out school counselors to C-suite executives who want to lead more effectively.

Not at all. I design these workshops so everyone can jump in, whether they’ve been studying the Enneagram for years or have never heard the word before. I’ll give your team the context they need along the way, and no one is expected to walk in knowing their type. The workshop is built around curiosity, conversation, and seeing how the ideas connect to situations people actually encounter at work.

For sure. Some teams prefer a series of shorter sessions to allow time for reflection and application between workshops. I can design a format that fits your schedule and keeps the momentum going.

Travel and accommodations are billed separately from the workshop fee, and I’ll include those costs in your proposal so you know exactly what to expect upfront. For teams in Southern California or Los Angeles, local travel may be included or adjusted depending on the location. International travel is also available, with logistics handled individually based on the event location and schedule.

Yes! I have a test for your team to take to get a general idea of which type they might be before the workshop. If you choose to purchase my guided journal at my discounted author rate, there are two assessments in that workbook as well. But landing on your main Enneagram number is also something we discover together in my Team Enneagram Workshops so you don't need to be 100% sure before our session.
