WHAT CAN OUR TEAM EXPECT DURING A WORKSHOP? +

Less lecture, more convo. We’ll use a mix of short teaching segments, discussion, funny videos, breakout activities, and real-life application. I’m not coming in to talk at your team. This is a collaborative experience. Your people will reflect on what resonates, question what doesn’t, and connect the Enneagram directly to the situations they’re already navigating at work.

HOW LONG ARE THE WORKSHOPS? +

I offer 1–2 hour sessions, half-day deep dives, and full-day experiences. We’ll choose the format based on your goals, attention span, and how deep you want to go. There’s no “one size fits all” here.

CAN THE WORKSHOP BE TAILORED TO OUR INDUSTRY OR SPECIFIC TEAM CHALLENGES? +

Yes. Teams have brought me in to address communication breakdowns between types, type-specific sales strategies, productivity and goal-setting, and real workplace challenges like feedback, decision-making, time management, and relationship repair. I’ve delivered these trainings across a wide range of industries, from burned-out school counselors to C-suite executives who want to lead more effectively.

WHAT IF OUR TEAM HAS SOME SKEPTICS OR PEOPLE UNFAMILIAR WITH THE ENNEAGRAM? +

Perfect. Most groups include a mix of Enneagram fans, total newcomers, and at least a few people who think personality tools are nonsense. I teach in a way that doesn’t require buy-in upfront. There will be plenty of practical takeaways even for the skeptics in the room.

CAN SESSIONS BE SPLIT INTO MULTIPLE SHORTER WORKSHOPS INSTEAD OF ONE LONG SESSION? +

For sure. Some teams prefer a series of shorter sessions to allow time for reflection and application between workshops. I can design a format that fits your schedule and keeps the momentum going.

ARE TRAVEL FEES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE FOR IN-PERSON SESSIONS? +

Travel is billed separately. For U.S.-based on-site workshops, the standard travel fee is $1,795, which covers a one-night stay so I arrive rested, on time, and fully present. International workshops are welcome and handled on a case-by-case basis. If you’re within driving distance in Southern California, we can adjust accordingly. Workshops booked within 30 days include a $400 rush fee to account for increased travel coordination.

IS THIS JUST A FUN PERSONALITY WORKSHOP, OR WILL IT ACTUALLY HELP OUR BUSINESS? +

Think about it this way: It will help your business…and be fun to boot. Clients report faster decision-making, stronger morale, less unproductive conflict, and smoother collaboration across departments, which ultimately leads to better performance overall.

DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL SESSIONS OR IS IT IN-PERSON ONLY? +

Both. Virtual workshops are highly interactive and work especially well for remote teams. In-person sessions allow for deeper connection and longer formats. Choose the one that makes the most sense for your team.

WHAT IF WE DON’T KNOW OUR ENNEAGRAM TYPES YET? +

Totally fine. Before the workshop, I’ll guide your team through a simple typing process to help them narrow down their likely types. No pressure to get it right before we meet. That’s what the workshop is for.

DO YOU OFFER NONPROFIT DISCOUNTS? +

Yes. I work with churches and nonprofits regularly and am happy to have a realistic conversation about budget. If your organization is doing meaningful work in the world, I want to support the people doing that work too.

WHY USE THE ENNEAGRAM OVER OTHER PERSONALITY SYSTEMS LIKE DISC OR MYERS-BRIGGS? +

The Enneagram is the only personality typing system that looks beyond behavior. We could all do the same action, but the reason behind it is different. That “why” is the heart of the Enneagram, and what makes it so effective for communication, leadership, and team dynamics, not just self-awareness.
