Personalized Enneagram Workshops and Trainings

I facilitate personalized, accessible, and engaging Enneagram workshops that help teams understand why they work the way they do, and why their coworkers do too. Participants leave with practical language and frameworks they can immediately apply in meetings, feedback conversations, and everyday decision-making. 

Through a mix of guided conversation, slide presentations, funny videos, and breakout discussions, teams leave knowing their Enneagram types, recognizing patterns in themselves and others, and feeling more equipped to navigate conflict, feedback, and collaboration. These workshops are a great fit for team-building events, leadership retreats, development days, and off-sites. 

Each workshop is customized to your team's specific dynamics and challenges. For example, I helped a group of burned-out school counselors focus on self-care and burnout prevention through the lens of their Enneagram types. For a group of real estate agents who wanted to 10x their sales volume, I facilitated a one-hour virtual workshop focused on Enneagram-based goal setting and productivity strategies tailored to all nine types.



Fundamental Enneagram Workshop

Before we meet, participants complete an Enneagram assessment. During the session, I walk the group through the Enneagram framework, core motivations, stress and growth lines, and practical workplace applications for all nine types. The experience is highly interactive, with space for questions, real examples, and shared language that teams can continue using long after the workshop ends.

This 60-90 minute keynote gives a clear, approachable overview of the Enneagram, the nine types, and what actually drives people’s behavior. WHAT CAN OUR TEAM EXPECT DURING A WORKSHOP? +

Less lecture, more convo. We’ll use a mix of short teaching segments, discussion, funny videos, breakout activities, and real-life application. I’m not coming in to talk at your team. This is a collaborative experience. Your people will reflect on what resonates, question what doesn’t, and connect the Enneagram directly to the situations they’re already navigating at work.

HOW LONG ARE THE WORKSHOPS? +

I offer 1–2 hour sessions, half-day deep dives, and full-day experiences. We’ll choose the format based on your goals, attention span, and how deep you want to go. There’s no “one size fits all” here.

CAN THE WORKSHOP BE TAILORED TO OUR INDUSTRY OR SPECIFIC TEAM CHALLENGES? +

Yes. Teams have brought me in to address communication breakdowns between types, type-specific sales strategies, productivity and goal-setting, and real workplace challenges like feedback, decision-making, time management, and relationship repair. I’ve delivered these trainings across a wide range of industries, from burned-out school counselors to C-suite executives who want to lead more effectively.

WHAT IF OUR TEAM HAS SOME SKEPTICS OR PEOPLE UNFAMILIAR WITH THE ENNEAGRAM? +

Perfect. Most groups include a mix of Enneagram fans, total newcomers, and at least a few people who think personality tools are nonsense. I teach in a way that doesn’t require buy-in upfront. There will be plenty of practical takeaways even for the skeptics in the room.

CAN SESSIONS BE SPLIT INTO MULTIPLE SHORTER WORKSHOPS INSTEAD OF ONE LONG SESSION? +

For sure. Some teams prefer a series of shorter sessions to allow time for reflection and application between workshops. I can design a format that fits your schedule and keeps the momentum going.

ARE TRAVEL FEES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE FOR IN-PERSON SESSIONS? +

Travel is billed separately. For U.S.-based on-site workshops, the standard travel fee is $1,795, which covers a one-night stay so I arrive rested, on time, and fully present. International workshops are welcome and handled on a case-by-case basis. If you’re within driving distance in Southern California, we can adjust accordingly. Workshops booked within 30 days include a $400 rush fee to account for increased travel coordination.

Both. Virtual workshops are highly interactive and work especially well for remote teams. In-person sessions allow for deeper connection and longer formats. Choose the one that makes the most sense for your team.

WHAT IF WE DON’T KNOW OUR ENNEAGRAM TYPES YET? +

Totally fine. Before the workshop, I’ll guide your team through a simple typing process to help them narrow down their likely types. No pressure to get it right before we meet. That’s what the workshop is for.

DO YOU OFFER NONPROFIT DISCOUNTS? +

Yes. I work with churches and nonprofits regularly and am happy to have a realistic conversation about budget. If your organization is doing meaningful work in the world, I want to support the people doing that work too.
