Or, maybe your organization is going through a big change: new hires, reorganizations, or a merger. It’s stressful! You want to set the tone for where things are headed while also making it clear: you matter, and I’m going to give you tools to support you.
Emails keep getting misread. Someone asks a normal question, and the response has an edginess that throws off everyone’s day. In one-on-ones, tensions come up that take you by surprise.
Maybe you’re leading a remote team, and you’re tired of people being out of alignment and stuck in silos. You just want to give everyone a chance to get to know each other better and connect on a more human level.
I facilitate personalized, accessible, and engaging Enneagram workshops that help teams understand why they work the way they do, and why their coworkers do too. Participants leave with practical language and frameworks they can immediately apply in meetings, feedback conversations, and everyday decision-making.
Through a mix of guided conversation, slide presentations, funny videos, and breakout discussions, teams leave knowing their Enneagram types, recognizing patterns in themselves and others, and feeling more equipped to navigate conflict, feedback, and collaboration. These workshops are a great fit for team-building events, leadership retreats, development days, and off-sites.
Each workshop is customized to your team's specific dynamics and challenges. For example, I helped a group of burned-out school counselors focus on self-care and burnout prevention through the lens of their Enneagram types. For a group of real estate agents who wanted to 10x their sales volume, I facilitated a one-hour virtual workshop focused on Enneagram-based goal setting and productivity strategies tailored to all nine types.
Before we meet, participants complete an Enneagram assessment. During the session, I walk the group through the Enneagram framework, core motivations, stress and growth lines, and practical workplace applications for all nine types. The experience is highly interactive, with space for questions, real examples, and shared language that teams can continue using long after the workshop ends.
- Have a mix of Enneagram lovers, total newbies, and healthy skeptics
- Are experiencing communication breakdowns, tension, or recurring misunderstandings
- Want a shared framework that builds empathy, clarity, and trust… without taking themselves too seriously 😉
$2,150 for virtual (2 hours)

Our team liked the training so much that our Corporate Vice President and his direct staff invited Abbey to teach them too.
It has significantly increased everyone’s communication skills, understanding of each other, and conflict management and resolution. Abbey is well worth the investment! I couldn’t recommend her enough.
This 60-90 minute keynote gives a clear, approachable overview of the Enneagram, the nine types, and what actually drives people’s behavior. I connect the dots between the framework and real-life moments at work, especially around communication, leadership, and self-awareness. Through storytelling, humor, and practical examples, the session sparks insight and conversation and leaves attendees with a shared language they can take back to their teams and actually use.
This is a good fit for large industry conferences or off-sites with over 25 attendees.
