I'll Connect the Enneagram
to Work Situations Your Team's Already Dealing With...

…so you see an impact on efficiency and morale *like that*

I run Enneagram workshops for companies and teams, both IRL and virtually.
Teams leave with practical tools and a shared language they can use immediately. Leaders notice smoother communication, better collaboration, and fewer energy-draining problems—like miscommunication, conflict, and burnout.
And yes, it’s fun too. Through funny skits, interactive exercises, and guided conversation, this hands-on experience is guaranteed to make the Slack channel light up with: “OMG, that was so fun and actually helpful!!”

Hey hey! I’m Abbey.

Enneagram Teacher, Author of My Enneagram, and overachieving Type THREE mom learning how to separate her worth from her productivity

I’m also the person who ensures your team is still buzzing about what they learned weeks after our time together—referencing it in emails, one-on-ones, and even around the dinner table with their families.

So, when it’s time to break up silos, increase compassion, and invite a breath of fresh air into your office, let’s chat.

"It taught us so much about ourselves and how to lead more effectively."

Abbey was a guest speaker at our Women's Leadership Conference, and she was an absolute delight. Everyone should do this!

Jessica Daniels, Security Benefit

“Abbey has a knack for teaching that keeps everyone eager and engaged from start to finish.”

My team found the Enneagram workshop informational, relatable, and funny. They’re STILL talking about what they learned.

- Jessa Layman, Dutch Bros

"Not only did we learn a lot about ourselves, we learned how to work together better as a team."

Our team liked the training so much, our Corporate Vice President and his direct staff invited Abbey to teach them too.

If you’re looking for an Enneagram session where your team gains insight about themselves and how they relate to each other, where they will laugh as well as learn, look no further!

Thriving Teams Need More Than Corporate Buzzwords

Nothing breaks the ice like laughing at ourselves and truly understanding why you have a tiny murderous impulse when Stacy changes a workflow, or why Thomas is still haunted by that meeting that could’ve been an email. I use funny sketch comedy videos to show people what their Enneagram types look like IRL, then walk teams through exercises, tools, and strategies that actually make work better.

Navigate conflict with different Enneagram types productively.
(Hello, clearer decisions!)

After this workshop, your team will:

Apply the Enneagram directly to real work scenarios.

Understand themselves and how to lead others more effectively.

Recognize communication triggers (their own and others’). No more spiraling over a “per my last email!"

Don’t know your Enneagram number? I’ve got a free typing guide for ya.

What Is The Enneagram?

The Enneagram is about how you see the world.

It suggests that each of us moves through life with one of nine core perspectives, and that perspective shapes why we think, react, and relate the way we do. When you learn your type, you start to notice the “glasses” you’ve been wearing, often for the first time.

And just as importantly, you realize everyone else is wearing a different pair. Your best friend. Your mom. Your boss. Yes, even your arch-nemesis.

That’s where the Enneagram becomes transformational. It’s not just another fun fact about yourself; it’s a tool for understanding yourself more honestly and relating to other people with generous compassion.
